Customers will have 14 days from the day they received their order to return it to us. Customers returning products from the United Kingdom can do so with the free returns label received with their order. Customers looking to refund items from outside of the United Kingdom will be required to pay their own postage. All items must be in a re-saleable condition, with original packaging undamaged and all tags still attached, with the items unworn or otherwise used. Items which do not meet these requirements may be sent back out to the customer at their expense. Any items received after the 28-day mark will be either sent back to the customer or can have a credit note issued to spend on the store.
If you are not satisfied with how your items fits or looks on you and would like to exchange it for another size or another product, we allow exchanges within the 14 days as well. All items returned must be in a re-saleable condition, with original packaging undamaged and with all tags attached, with the items unworn or otherwise unused. Please include your original invoice with an indication of which product you would like to exchange for. Any charges for shipping that may be incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
If, unfortunately, your item arrives is faulty or incorrect, please immediately contact us via email within 7 days. The item then must be returned to us within 21 days. Upon arrival if we deem that the product is faulty or incorrect, you will then receive a full refund, repair or an exchange. For international consumers you will receive a reimbursement for your shipping costs.
Ensure you complete and enclose your packing slip with all the information filled in. Please mark your parcel with RETURNS clearly written on any customs label. We will not accept any returns with incorrect customs information on them.
