Designed in Manchester, Harley is our expressive take on the classic men's boat shoe. It combines a relaxed moccasin-inspired silhouette with distinctive long-hair leather, traditional craftsmanship, and our signature natural crepe rubber sole.
A very Unique Leather
Harley is finished with a hand-formed natural crepe rubber sole, creating the flexibility, cushioning and relaxed appearance that has become a defining feature of Meanforme footwear. The moccasin-style construction and hand-finished detailing give the shoe a character that sits somewhere between a traditional boat shoe and something altogether less conventional.
A Shoe With Character
Harley was never meant to be a typical boat shoe; the full-grain leather imparts a unique texture and character to each pair, whereas the loose moccasin-style shape ensures that the overall design remains clearly wearable.
The Plum and Black versions really highlight the characteristics of the leather, since the slight variations in the natural hair give the leather a finish which means that each pair is slightly different. The removable tongue fringes – traditionally referred to as kilties – give the design an extra feature and can be worn or taken off according to how you want Harley to appear.

Each pair includes removable tongue fringes, or kilties, letting you change Harley's appearance based on how you wear it. Alternative leather and cotton laces come with a natural cotton Meanforme drawstring storage bag.
