Piper

Piper is built on the same foundations that defined our very first shoe, Risedale. Every pair is hand crafted using the same traditional construction methods that have become part of the Meanforme DNA, creating a shoe that feels
as considered as it looks.

Alongside Piper sits Piper L, our women's version, built on a slimmer, more refined last and available in UK sizes 4–7. It retains the unmistakable character of Piper while offering a shape designed specifically for a more elegant fit.

Piper is offered in two very different types of leather:
The first is premium Italian suedes/leather of Cobo or Castoro, both are exceptional Tuscan reverse suedes with an incredibly soft, velvet-like handle. Left completely unlined, these Pipers mould naturally to the foot, creating a light, breathable shoe that feels more like a favourite slipper than a traditional leather shoe.

The second is made from an extraordinary Italian long-hair leather, often referred to as pony hair. Fully lined in premium full-grain leather, these versions offer a more structured feel while retaining an effortless comfort.
