Piper L – Women's Suede Split-Toe Shoes with Natural Crepe Soles
Designed in Manchester, Piper L is our distinctive women's two-eyelet split-toe shoe, combining the character of the original Piper with a slimmer, more refined shape developed specifically for the female foot.
Available in UK sizes 4–7, Piper L retains the relaxed, understated character of the original while introducing a more elegant profile, premium Italian leathers and the lightweight construction and natural crepe rubber sole that have become signatures of Meanforme footwear.
Split-Toe Simplicity
Built on the same foundations as our original Risedale, Piper L uses lightweight Strobel construction, allowing the upper to move naturally with the foot.
Its distinctive split-toe design gives the shoe its individual character, while the low profile and simple two-eyelet tie keep the overall appearance clean, relaxed and versatile.
Premium Italian Reverse Suede
The classic Piper L is handcrafted from exceptionally soft Italian reverse suede, selected for its rich texture, flexibility and natural character.
Left unlined, the suede moulds naturally around the foot, creating a lightweight and breathable shoe with an exceptionally soft, almost slipper-like feel
Something Different
Piper L is also available in a selection of alternative premium leathers, including distinctive Italian long-hair leather. These versions are fully lined in soft full-grain leather, providing additional structure while retaining the comfort and character of the original design.
Different colours, textures and limited editions allow each interpretation of Piper L to have a character of its own while retaining the familiar split-toe silhouette.
Natural Crepe – Comfort & Flexibility
Underfoot, Piper L is finished with a 6mm natural crepe rubber sole, providing natural cushioning and flexibility while maintaining the shoe's relaxed, low-profile appearance.
