Terms of Service

We really try hard to not only satisfy the customer, but also exceed their expectations. Our first priority is for you to be happy with your shopping experience. If there is anything you are unsure of, please contact us. By using, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.

*Discount Exclusions

All promotions will exclude unless stated otherwise sale items.

Sale and Purchase

We will sell and you will purchase products subject to our terms and conditions of business set out below. The contract in respect of the products supplied to us by you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us in accordance with these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our site does not constitute acceptance of an order. Please ensure you submit to us your correct email address on ordering. We will use this to inform you of your dispatch. Once the payment has been accepted, the order cannot be amended.

All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of the relevant sales tax unless otherwise specified. All products are exclusive of delivery and packaging, unless otherwise stated. Details of our delivery charges are set out in the delivery section of this website. Prices are correct at the time of order, and relate to Internet purchases only. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply an individual or other organisation.

Every effort has been made to provide accurate representations of the goods through images and descriptions. There may however be small variations in colour and design when items are viewed online compared to the physical goods. By using this site you are deemed to have accepted this. Please ask if you require further help with the colours represented.

We accept major credit or debit cards as listed on the site. We also accept PayPal, UK bank cheques, and UK postal orders for payment.

Passing of Property

The title of the goods passes to the customer after full payment has been made by the customer, received by us, and the goods delivered.

Passing of Risk

The risk in the products will pass to the customer on delivery. The risk in this context is taken to mean any damage or cost arising as a result of the purchased product(s) to either the purchaser, the purchaser’s property or to any other third party property.

We normally dispatch within 1 business day. The customer will be notified of the dispatch date. Any date or time period for delivery will be considered as indicative only and does not form any part of a guarantee. The customer will be informed of any products not available at the time of their order and will be sent to the customer, as soon as possible, when received from our suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for losses or inconveniences caused as a result of delays in deliveries by us or our suppliers. All products are sent by courier of our choice. We reserve the right to deliver only to the address of the person who is the holder of the credit or debit card used to purchase the products.

Our courier’s records of any delivery, whether signed for or not, are considered definitive. On delivery of the goods the purchaser of the goods becomes responsible for any losses or damages arising as a result of their use, however they may arise.

The customer should inspect any products and you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you contact us within 14 days. If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any rejection of cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time during the period which starts on the day the contract begins and ends on the expiry of fourteen working days beginning on the day after the date of delivery of the products. Once the order is accepted we cannot cancel or amend the order after dispatch, as orders are shipped immediately following payment.

Returns Procedure

If returns are received by Meanforme within 14 days of receipt by the customer, a refund will be issued. Refunds are generally processed within 7 days after we receive the returned items. Credit notes will be issued for goods received after 14 days of receipt by the customer (up to 28 days) which will be valid for 12 months from the date issued. Please ensure all items to be returned are in a re-saleable condition, in original undamaged packaging with all labels attached, and have not been worn or otherwise used.

When posting your item(s) back to us, it is strongly recommended you obtain proof of postage for your records. Please ensure that items are well packaged.

After goods have been inspected by us, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price minus a carriage price of £4 (UK) £8 (Europe) £12 (Rest of World) in the case of non-faulty items.

Faulty Items

If within 28 days of purchase goods returned to us are deemed faulty, incorrect or damaged, you will receive either a full refund, repair or replacement, plus reimbursement for the return delivery charge when postage receipt is provided (up to a maximum of £10).

After 28 days you may return any item for inspection if you believe it to be faulty, and we may either repair, replace or refund at our discretion if the item is deemed defective. Please email prior to returning goods.

Currency Conversion

Please note that all currency conversions are intended as guidelines only – although we make every effort to ensure any price converted from GBP (Great Britain Pound) is as accurate as possible, it’s possible that there will be some discrepancies.

Converted prices are obtained using the floating spot rate, and are subject to change. We endeavour to update these exchange rates regularly, but as these change so often, we advise that you double check the exchange rate on day of purchase if you require an exact figure. All transactions will be conducted in GBP at the advertised price. Your bank or card company decide the exact rate on the day of purchase.

Meanforme uses the latest credit card security and encryption protocols for online payments. Our staff will never see all your credit card details. Card details are not saved. We take your privacy very seriously. Any personal information you give us will not be made available outside

When you proceed to the credit card details page, you will enter the secure shopping area. If you want to verify the security of your connection, look at the lower right-hand corner of your browser window. If you see a padlock or an unbroken key (depending on which browser you are using), then SSL is active. In addition, you can look at the address bar of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from ‘http’ to ‘https’. This security is active only in the checkout area.
